This is very good news but it's hard to believe that the same severely compromised supreme court that legalized our quid quo pro government system will do anything but protect their own special interests.

In 2010, a lower court delivered the key ruling letting billionaires weaponize Citizens United. Obama's DOJ refused to challenge that ruling, so it never went to the Supreme Court.
Only now is that ruling being challenged - and plaintiffs just scored a huge win.
