Detective Bixby Grant stands in the foreground looking out upon a beach in fanged smiley face swintrunks, which a creature from a non-descript lagoon emerges out of the water and begins to skulk toward him. a beach umbrella to the left helps to guide the eye in composition, and clouds accompany the sky behind.
