And for clarity I'll list all the stuff I've had: 2-6mg E pills daily (currently 4mg) 200mg prog nightly (done for the last year or 2?) Laser and IPL on my face, torso and underarms (15 IPL sessions via NHS, everything else private) And that's it! I'm still waiting for my FFS letter lmao
