Misses the point a little (and sorry if I'm explaining the obvious, but this is Bsky), in that "nothing", at the time, performed a similar, if maybe less explicit, linguistic role to <infamously double-entendre word also meaning cat>. So the play title can be read as a bawdy joke in its own right.
