Heron On The Fly
I try to keep wildlife comfortable to the extent that, even though they are aware of my presence, they do not otherwise change their behavior. In this case, not having the telephoto lens (using 24-120 mm in DX mode) I approached too close, and the heron took flight. I apologized.
