Paul Jacob, the sponsor of failed anti-voter ballot initiative in MI, is a DC political operative. This is the second time he's failed. His 2022 proposal was rife with fraud and was withdrawn. He doesn't know MI's laws and rules, and he doesn't seem to care to learn or respect them.
