In the early ‘70’s, I heard William F. Buckley say that his mother was taxed in excess of 90% on income (his deceased father was an oilman and real estate developer). Anyone remember this? We HAVE to go back to taxing the rich at high rates again, before more rebellion and civil unrest. Period.
