Inspired by @simko-bednarski.bsky.social's repair threads, here’s how I’m going to add an AUX IN cable to an old boombox. This is a 20+ year old Sony CFD-E95, described by Sony as an “egg shaped CD boombox.” It has AM/FM radio, a cassette deck, and a CD player.
