This was my followup after @gavreilly.com nice summary. Yes I read the parades commission legislation and the original decision. (Second recent decision not available yet). But I have questions on both the revised decision and subsequent High Court in NI decisions given the original legislation.
@dermotcasey.bsky.socialThats interesting given what the legislation says (first two images). Reading the original determination (image 3) it takes a lot of things into account including the police. Also interesting the application for the original parade was done under the European Convention on Human Rights
