Developers, engineers, and coders in my circle: How do you feel about emojis in component layers or properties? In my next blog called "Stop Using Emojis in Your Components and Other Icon Workflow Tips," I'd love to include some linked comments from y'all instead of just taking my word for it.

We had some, and designers told us to stop because they'd truncate the label and was just noisy

They can be helpful when the intent is to inform consumers about related props or intended changes (i.e. deprecation.) ↳ I don't think they're necessary though. My take is if it provides clarity for consumers, go for it, but be willing to remove them if it creates noise or is more "just for fun."

Whatever you do, don't use overrides in C++ to replace operators with emojis.
