I can't say too much about the recoup / % split, but I'm pretty happy with those too. They do get a significant amount but I consider it well worth it for what they've provided. 110

They're a great combination of practical (on top of the schedule, coordinating marketing beats) and creative (we have some VERY cool things in the pipeline that we get to show off soon!) 110
