Okay, I’ve submitted a short story for the first round of the contest.
Not sure what pushed me to apply — I’d only recently written a few flash fiction pieces for a marathon, and I guess I just wanted to keep going.
If it doesn’t work out, I’ll still have a story I’m happy with.
