Real feedback I’ve gotten from games jobs applications:
“You’re too overqualified and we didn’t think you’d be happy in this role.”
“We went with someone with more experience."
“We’re not helping people outside of the industry, there have been too many layoffs.”
Yet I continue to game dev :)
