a breakdown in layman's terms would be beneficial. The "legalese" of this process isn't really beneficial to many PWD/caregivers.

opportunity to move fully through the cycle. Canada will finally be reported on in March of next year. But this is what happens throughout the cycle. /2

1. State party prepares and submits its report.
2. Committee presents list of issues to the State Party.
3. State party provides response to list of issues.
4. Dialogue between committee and state party during session of the committee.
5. Committee issues concluding observation report including recommendations.
6. Follow up and implementation of recommendations.
