Isn't there a risk in our " Market based " energy system that if OCGTs lose the sub 4 hour business they are no longer economically viable and won't be there for extended use ? Time to nationalise gas so its availability can be managed better ?

Well more importantly batteries don't directly replace OCGTs, before any plants are shut down the equivalent renewables need to be in place as well as the storage.
