Trump has turned the Presidency into Adolf Hitler fantasy camp. Whether this woman is Ava Braun, or Oval Office eye candy, it doesn’t matter. The US government has been hijacked by an infrastructure of delusion for one man. That’s a crisis and it’s not going away.
