Khal used to be loud, but now he doesnt talk much and when he does he tends to be quiet. However, if given a chance to express his thoughts uninterrupted Khals speech becomes quicker and louder the more enthusiaatic he becomes about the topic before it awkwaddly going down and becoming silent again.
