Of course. For Russia those shadow vessels are becoming weapons, not only means to bypass sanctions. Weapons to damage infrastructure, to spy and if the worst happens - weapons to destroy Baltic ecosystem, fishing and tourist industry. RUS is an adversary and we have to fight back.
