If you've stopped masking, now is a great time to start again! There are other precautions you should be taking such as improved filtration (ie a portable HEPA filter) and a nasal barrier spray (Covixyl, Profi, Enovid, Flonase, even iota-carrageenan or plain saline spray/rinses).
