My longtime favorite is the White War Talbuk. I grinded for all the Talbuks like... 16? Years ago? Every day after school. Put off homework for digital alien goat mounts. They're just so pretty and graceful even if they look kinda silly now. I rarely use them thanks to flying but they're so so cute!

i personally think my favorite mount currently is the headless horseman's reins. it took me such a long time for it to finally drop for me (over 15 years). i love the color scheme, plus i really enjoy the horse flying animation and how it's a nod at rainbow unicorn attack 😊

For me, my favorite mount would be the Priestess Moonsaber. I'm a sucker for the Nightsaber model and I absolutely love that it not only looks great, but flies without using the sometimes-wonky "ghost wings" some of the other flying cats use.
