And those "expanded chat functions" and "voice control" are almost certainly AI-driven, because it's Microsoft and they are desperate for any kind of use case for that shit. Look forward to more misunderstandings as ✨AI summaries✨ inject confusion in a meeting where the driver can't read the chat.

This entire product is the epitome of "use case thinking." Someone came up with a cool little user journey for how a person might take a meeting in their car, and everyone decided that because it could be done, it should be done.

Another angle that honestly makes it even worse. What is an executive telling you when attending a meeting from a car? They are simultaneously modeling behavior (take calls while driving, being on-screen is more important than contributing) and signaling that you are not worth their full attention.
