I have no idea what's up with all the clinical terminology, and I'm not even sure if that last bit (additional notes) even makes sense but there it is

The notes are formatted as a bullet list.
First point, Alpha females and omega males are identifiable at birth, since they're the only dynamic-sexes that have dual genitalia.
New point, For the others, dynamic remains unknown until adolescence, when they finally present.
Subpoint, Betas typically present earlier, around age 15, while Alphas and Omegas present around 16 or 17 years old.
Subpoint, Delayed presentation can occur for numerous reasons, from delayed puberty to genetic factors to external influences.
Subpoint, Precocious presentation only occurs in those who've had precocious puberty.
New point, Presentation is the part of later puberty that introduces dynamic-specific hormonal changes and results in the maturation of one's dynamic traits.
Subpoint, This involves changes in scent and the final development of one's mating glands.
Subpoint, For Alphas and Omegas, it also includes the onset of estrous and the estrous cycle. While Alpha females do not cycle, they still experience a mild rut during presentation.
Final point, Unpresented is the term generally used when speaking of a child whose dynamic is uncertain. [e.g. "I have two kids, an unpresented boy and an alpha girl."] Occasionally also used to denote young Alphas and Omegas who've yet to experience their first rut or heat, respectively.
