I'm on an SNRI for chronic depression and anxiety. It is one of the only things that has kept me from gaming myself or truly sliding into the depths of despair (and I have tried so many things). The EO terrified me last night. This morning, all I feel is rage. Time to redouble calls/emails/letters.

I take an SSRI.. Along with therapy & a lot of work, it's helped me stave off terrible anxiety. So RFK, Jr.'s coming for me, personally. And probably a whole bunch of other people you care about. Call your R senators & rep and tell them to fight this creep. HANDS OFF OUR MEDICINE. reps.fyi

So sorry this is happening to you. I took Venlafaxine for a few years and it was very effective. I don't know what it's called in the US.

PS. I don't know that calls, emails, or letters will move much. I know this admin takes delight in ignoring the voices of the people (as did the last in many areas). But I can't be silent. I wasn't silent then, I won't be silent now.

My daughter is on 2mg of Abilify and it is a huge help. The last time she forgot to refill it, she plunged into hopelessness because she suddenly felt directionless, unmotivated, and depressed. The number of people who will be negatively impacted by this is staggering. Rage is the right emotion.
