There is no reforming ICE. There is no need for ICE. Homeland Security was born out of Sept 11th Security Kabuki and from the beginning they've not done shit about foreign terror: from the airport to the streets of LA and Minneapolis, they keep their boots on American throats. Abolish the Gestapo.
