On Monday I emailed about 10 local #mentalhealth/ advice charities with a question re services for a severely unwell family member Four replies so far One was lovely, two were to-the-point but helpful and one was extremely abrupt & wildly ill-informed #NorthernIreland 1/2

Fingers crossed the helpful ones actually get you what is required. Sadly there is some charities that have lost sight of their aims.
