I just slogged through rebel moon part 1. I think the director should never make movies again. Like it’s 3h of basically nothing. I couldn’t tell you a single persons name or anything besides slowmo shots, bad guy gets tentacles in him for pleasure and dresses like a Mormon in the last half

The second part was the same. So many show motion and scenes that adds nothing. It’s a shame if they actually explained stuff and set up some lore it would have probably been a good movie. Maybe it would have been better as a tv series. So they can actually set up something.
