Plastic surgery is really no different than makeup, a push-up bra, spanx, hair dye, fake eyelashes, extensions, wigs, or any other cosmetic anything intended to make women look better than they actually are.
Seems like a draconian definition of feminism if any of that makes a woman a bad feminist.
