The distro I use for @anecdata.bsky.social is known for its AI tools, yet when I submitted my new album this week had to click a button for every song confirming it was NOT AI, then when I had a small problem, a real human intervened to fix it. Even the companies offering AI know no one wants it...

That said, one of the funniest things I've seen on YouTube lately is a guy pushing generative AI to absurd limits and creating grotesque pieces of 'art' it's impossible not to laugh at

i think one big factor is iHeartRadio made a commitment to never play AI music on any of their stations, "ever". so at all points of input they want to separate ai from non-ai www.yahoo.com/entertainmen...
