Breakfast time was spent over “why is it so hot in Egypt and so cold in Berlin”… And we’re 15 minutes late for kindergarten!

@quinnypig.comLast night my 7-year-old asked me where the earth came from, and after a half hour of discussion ranging from the Big Bang to the slow pace of evolution I’m beginning to appreciate the alternative simplicity of “god did it, go to sleep”.
