@jacquelyngill.bsky.socialIt looks like as a signatory to the UN Florence Agreement, if you 1) buy an item as a nonprofit or educational institution, 2) from a signatory country, 3) can demonstrate it is for research purposes, and/or 4) the item is not made in the US in significant quantities, you can import duty-free!
