UNC Finalizing Deal to Land Bill Belichick as New Football Coach

The Tar Heels are on the verge of completing their search with a shocking move, hiring the man with more Super Bowl rings than any head coach in history.

Bill loves surrounding himself with cronies and failsons more than the actual game of football these days

I demand UNC from today on have a state imposed “Drive to survive” type documentary crew imbedded in this program. We need all of the content

This won't end badly. UNC is setting themselves up for an eventual Matt Patricia regime. Don't do it.

Does Brady have any eligibility left?

Right now College football is facing a “Bill deficit,” with just one head coach named Bill—Boston College’s Bill O’Brien. Thankfully, North Carolina is addressing this crisis with the bold hire of Bill Belichick. Kudos to UNC for tackling this issue with the urgency and determination it deserves

Can’t wait for him to bolt for the NFL after a couple seasons and then UNC has to pretend his son is the answer while churning out 6 and 7 win seasons.

IDK who this move is worse for: Belichick or UNC? Belichick will be in a vastly different environment where kids will bolt if they're unhappy. UNC is getting a guy that won't be there more than three years. They'll both get a moderate sugar high then reality will set in.
