![Journal text:
Lucretia, as a learned scholar, familiar with Latin, prefers her name to be pronounced: "Loo - kray - tea - ah"
Though often dour and serious, Lucretia has a wild side oft seen by her many intimate partners...
Lucretia is very well-off, though one would not always know to look at her. She wears fine clothes, but often dirtied with chalk and other more unseemly substances, and her fine silken hair is often messy and unkempt. Her house is a dilapidated though once fine and opulent townhouse.
All of these things wouldn't fit the personnage of one who receives a £3000 yearly stipend from her father, which amounts to $14,550 (which would be around $475,000 in 2026). A sum which is both an act of love from her father, and also a means to keep her far away...

"Fun facts" concerning Lucretia:
- Though she has perpetual dark bags beneath her eyes, she can be unexpectedly energetic...
- Occasionally makes guttural chthonic sounds, that some say are the names of heathen gods, during climax.
- Quite enjoys fishing
- Has been accused by many a spouse of "bewitching" their partner; ladies and gentlemen alike.
- Said to be unbeatable at chess but awful at checkers,
- Loves black pudding,
- Midnight walker,
- Cigarette smoker,
-Experienced traveller.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:njkqae5n2iwvbbjavaodkty6/bafkreidkqguqsd7ewiankm4qz23td6w25spbn6jt6tclpqmej7hu4ohepi)
![A short tale of Lucretia Delafontaine
[I can't fit the full transcript, so here is a tl;dr version:]
Lucretia Delafontaine (b. 1853) is a brilliant, but unsettling, English heiress exiled to America by her terrified family; a prodigy of higher mathematics at Miskatonic University and a potent Dreamer capable of navigating the dreamlands and receiving prophetic, cosmic visions. From the shadows of Arkham, she leads a cult centred around Yog-Sothoth. While academia praises her intellect, the locals fear her, whispering of late-night chanting, strange happenings, and forbidden rituals. Completely unbothered by human morality, she seeks absolute freedom from earthly limitations by unlocking the ultimate secrets of the Mythos. She is considered a witch, with access to strange esoteric powers. Her physical trademark is her striking, heterochromic eyes (one blue-crimson, one shimmering purple), and the Eldritch tattoos adorning her back and arms.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:njkqae5n2iwvbbjavaodkty6/bafkreieryzdexwxr76yrstidk6e3c52ce4y4ipsibcnrd5vixrrqi67dj4)
