As a years and years long proton subscriber. Please stop using our money to fund this. I love using proton products, but this is too much. I really like Lumo. I essentially use it as an advanced websearch. Or when I have questions about anything except my personal life. I appreciate that you're citing sources now. I usually read them. It was a big missing feature.

It would make sense for @proton.me to offer Lumo as an entirely separate entity for those who wish to use it. Ethical & susatinable AI simply does not exist & cannot exist. Knowing that Proton subs fees fund any AI is enough to prevent me from having a paid service.

I wish lumo could put excel tables or make pdf from it as ChatGPT + can. I use Lumo but it has its limits. I copy answers and input to another source that build for me what I need according to Lumo writing.

Please stop. AI does not help anyone. It makes humans less intelligent by taking away the need for them to use critical thinking. It's not JUST about privacy. I want Proton to stay sustainable for the needs that people ACTUALLY have for the product. Not for you to develop and maintain expensive AI.

Thank you Proton team. There’s a lot of hate for AI on here. I’m intentionally not an AI power user but I want an AI that’s fast, intelligent and private when I need it. Have already enjoyed using Lumo and appreciate the continued investment to improve.
