I guess you could say I had one of those days. Patient came in late the day during a really busy period and had a problem. Long story short and not only fix their problem this time, gave them something they wanted but didn't know they could have, fix the problem going forward,

and saved a lot of money and hassle over the next year. As I was ringing them up they asked me to ring up these flowers that were for a friend as a gift but left them on the counter. They told me that what I did was so special that they'd go by other flowers and that I needed these as a thank you.
