The heat from the power cycle, right hand side, is dumped into colder gas at low absolute temperature.
The the gas is compressed, raising its temperature above ambient, where it's dumped.
It looks like heat flows from cold to hot, but there IS NO HEAT FLOW because it's in an insulated cylinder.
