^ im talking about fashion in europe. carlos, kouun and ouji wear quite the intricate clothes though. he's senhor carlos in portuguese, but the jp subs translates it as kakka, "his excellency", so he has to be an influent ambassador. does he dress ouji and kouun personally...?!!
