Breaking up with Jade hadn’t stopped the danger she put herself in, hadn’t stopped the risks he took or the amount of jobs she took on. It hadn’t stopped Summer’s anxiety or her heartache or her sleepless nights. It only made Jade harder to forget, harder to let go of, harder to stop loving.
