Media will focus on the 11.6% US air travel number & say "The Boycott is OVER!!" which is complete garbage. % changes are deceptive because of the volume of passengers. Going from 372K (2025) to 415K (2026) is a burp considering 2024 was over 510K. Data & charts don't lie. Media will spin the % /5

Am I disappointed to see a bump in US air travel? Sure. That being said, US air passengers are still down -18.7% (-95K) with vehicle traffic still down a whopping -31.9% (-656K vehicles!) vs 2024. We're getting into Snowbird season & they usually drive down. US Tourism is still getting crushed.
