It's called the Cornix LP and mostly comes pre-built from the niche split keyboard retailers out there. The big open-source boards are Corne (which mine is based on), Sofle, and Totem AFAIK.
There are also super nice models like ZSA's, but they are $$$$.
It's a deep rabbit hole though, so beware!
