People are big mad about this but you can't argue with facts: Iceland is just Hawaiʻi with terrible weather and bad surf. 🙃
@davidho.bsky.socialMy potentially unpopular opinion is that Iceland is not amazing. I’ve been there four times in the last couple of years to conduct research in a fjord, and while the photographs from the trips are beautiful, it’s actually windy, rainy, cold and quite miserable.
