Ben Ryves @benryves.com · 15/05/2026Bought a junk CP-10 to scavenge the printer mechanism but when I opened it up there were signs that someone had tried to repair it before me. Not one to avoid a challenge I got it working and now I guess I need to buy another junk CP-10! 270
Ben Ryves @benryves.com · 15/05/2026The back cover has two small hooks on one end and two screws on the other. One hook had snapped off and the other was bent flat. Other signs of a previous visitor included dirt and scratches on the *inside* of the LCD cover and a relocated battery wire to bypass a corroded pad and track. 130
