We haven’t seen the social media evidence, which might have some very good proof; but absent that to my mind, the Mangione case is overcharged. The 2*degree murder- akin to 1*degree other places-is easy to prove. That it was an act of terrorism to move it to 1*degree, I think could cause headaches.
