Given the climate catastrophe and need to rapidly reduce GGEs, the shortage (and hence high cost) of diesel & petrol, with the knock on effects of inflation in almost all sectors, WHY is noone (incl GPEW) calling for emergency reduction in UK speed limits to 55mph? Can anyone explain?
