“Significantly more” needs one household artifact: the monthly premium change for employer coverage, an ACA plan and Medicare. Without that split, the same headline hides a paycheck deduction, a subsidy loss or a premium bill.

I will have heart surgery next week. It will be completely free. Well not completely, it might cost me a few 100s of kronor. Say 10 dollar. That's what socialism did for this country.

If it's not the PBMs, the insurance are the one to be blamed. Higher costs are a problem, but people would rather see us work on the costs themselves than turn this into another Insurance is the problem argument.
