I have exciting news for a small subset of foreigners living in Japan: Android apps that were formerly available only on the Japan Google Play Store now live on the US store. Which means you can install the likes of Suica, Rakuten Pay, PayPay, My Docomo, Pasmo, point cards, and others. Yay!
