REFURBISHMENT works across three floors of an office building in Edinburgh have completed, bringing nearly 20,000 sq. ft. of space to the city centre. 65 Haymarket Terrace, owned by a client of CBRE Investment Management and marketed by Knight Frank, is now ready for occupation following a series of enhancements. The refurbishment includes the installation of new VRF air conditioning systems and LED lighting throughout the three newly available floors.
