This year we wrapped up S2 of Biology in Numbers for @smbmathbiology.bsky.social. I've loved hearing scientists talk passionately about #MathBio. Digging into the data to learn about the podcast’s reach, it seems so do many others. So here is the podcast by the numbers, starting with an intro. 1/2

A presentation slide entitled "About the show". The text reads: Biology in Numbers is in part the brainchild of then SMB president Sandy Anderson, realized by Heiko Enderling (also as SMB president), and hosted by Parmvir Bahia. Created for math biologists to connect with each other, the wider scientific community and non-expert audiences.

Under the text is a picture of Parmvir and Heiko sitting at microphones in an office. To the right is a graphic of some headphones.

A slide with a montage of all podcast guests to-date. Under their headshots is a little graphic of a microphone and text reading:
Our guests have included members and non-members. Scientists from every career stage, nationality and background.
We’ve discussed articles, committees, subgroups, mentorship, industry and roles within the society.
