Not exactly ahead of a marathon. I ran the Pippingford Ultra this past weekend. 30 miles up and down hills over 10 hours. (My beau @cancerevo.org did 40 miles). I prepared by doing my longest run of 11 miles on flat terrain 🫣 #RunSky #UltraRunning #TrailRunning
