I'm genuinely a bit surprised at how the "romantasy" genre seems to have taken over fantasy lit but there's been almost no effort to court that audience from Hollywood or the games industry.
I feel sure that whoever makes a gacha/dating sim about collecting a harem of fairy boys would outsell CoD.
