I think with any non-elf cards to consider to put in High Perfect Morcant...you either go the elemental route or the risky dragon route. #MTGLorwyn

High Perfect Morcant
{2}{B}{G}
Legendary Creature — Elf Noble

Whenever High Perfect Morcant or another Elf you control enters, each opponent blights 1. (They each put a -1/-1 counter on a creature they control.)

Tap three untapped Elves you control: Proliferate. Activate only as a sorcery. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)

Necroskitter
{1}{B}{B}
Creature — Elemental

Wither (This deals damage to creatures in the form of -1/-1 counters.)

Whenever a creature an opponent controls with a -1/-1 counter on it dies, you may return that card to the battlefield under your control.

Horobi, Death's Wail
{2}{B}{B}
Legendary Creature — Spirit

Flying

Whenever a creature becomes the target of a spell or ability, destroy that creature.

“From the ashes of Reito rose a new kami. And thereafter at every battle came Horobi, Death’s Wail.”

So far this is the Commander I'm most excited for. Haven't built Elf kindred in over a decade.
